Terms of Use

Last updated 7 September 2026.

By playing Zoom Hole you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Zoom Hole is operated by the Zoom Hole team.

The service

Zoom Hole is a free browser game. There is no account, no subscription and nothing to buy. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, including the leaderboard.

Fair play

Scores are validated on our server. You agree not to modify the game, automate play, replay or forge score submissions, or otherwise try to place a score you did not earn by playing.

We may remove any leaderboard entry, and block submissions from a source, if we believe it was not produced by genuine play. We do not have to explain individual decisions, and removal does not entitle you to anything.

Display names

You choose the name shown on the leaderboard. Do not submit a name that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, impersonates someone else, or contains personal information about you or anyone else. We may remove or replace any name at our discretion.

Advertising

Zoom Hole currently shows no third-party advertising. The REVIVE option after a run ends is, and will remain, entirely optional — never required to keep playing.

Intellectual property

The game, its code, its design and its name belong to the Zoom Hole team, except where third-party components are used under their own licences. Emoji artwork is rendered by your own operating system and belongs to its respective vendor. You may link to the game freely. You may not resell it, or present it as your own.

No warranty

Zoom Hole is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and leaderboard data will never be lost. Local progress lives in your browser and can be cleared by you, by your browser, or by switching devices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Zoom Hole team is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost scores or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last substantive change, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
